We are students of FLAME University. This website was a project for our Digital Humanities course. We felt that having a menstrual health resource was vital for our generation and that knowledge about menstruation should be inclusive to all genders and not just shared with women. Menstruation is a natural phenomenon that half the population goes through for most of their lives, and is an active part of a woman's sexuality. We felt that creating Periodica we can de-stigmatize this topic.
